It was a proud moment for the Brisbane Nomads Golf Club as long-time member and club stalwart Nell Schoeman was awarded his 150th game badge at the latest club event.
The milestone presentation was made by Club Captain Brian Crisp, who praised Nell’s remarkable contribution to both the Brisbane chapter and the wider Nomads community.
“Nell has done it all,” Brian said. “He’s held almost every senior position within the Brisbane Nomads, served as National Nomads President, and continues to be one of the most active and respected members of our club. His dedication and good humour embody the true Nomads spirit.”
Over the years, Nell has not only been a steady hand in leadership but also a driving force behind many of the club’s most successful events and charitable initiatives. His commitment to fostering camaraderie and giving back through golf has left a lasting mark on the Nomads family.
As the applause echoed around the clubhouse, Nell accepted his badge with trademark humility and a grin.
